Base Fees for our VCA Private On-Campus School Classes and our Homeschooling at Home Options. We do offer a "hybrid" option which is a combination of classes and homeschooling at home or even dual-enrollment.
New K-12th student registration fee due with enrollment application. Additional sibling registration fee is $50 with a family maximum of $250.
K-8th Private School Monthly Tuition to attend one or more of our on-campus classes excluding electives. Sibling discounts available. Also covers any siblings homeschooling at home.
9th-12th Private School Monthly Tuition to attend one or more of our on-campus classes excluding electives. Sibling discounts available. Also covers any siblings homeschooling at home.
Homeschooling Only Monthly Tuition is based on the grade level of the oldest student. *NOTE: These prices are for one student. Each additional student is $5 more per month. Tuition increases $10 each if multiple high school students.
Homeschooling only tuition for a preschooler.
Homeschooling only tuition for a K-8th grade student. Tuition also covers any younger siblings at home.
Homeschooling only tuition for 9th-12th grade students. Tuition also covers any younger siblings at home. NOTE: Additional $10 per month for additional high school students.
Monthly Teacher Fees are due for each core academic class attended at our school. The fees cover the basic costs of class curriculum, workbooks, textbook rental, novels, copy fee, etc. plus the teacher doing the teaching and testing. NOTE: The four core academic classes are English, math, science and history. All other classes are electives for $50-$60 per month - both required and not required. We do offer several elective classes at our school such as Career Preparedness, Microsoft Essentials,
Monthly Teacher Fee for each K-4th grade core class attended. *Example: $120 per month for the four core academic classes.
Monthly Teacher Fee for each 5th-12th grade core class attended. *Example: $240 per month for the four core academic classes.
Career Preparedness is a required course to graduate in Alabama and must be taken within the 9th-12th grades. *NOTE: There are options for homeschooling at home only students.
This class can be taken for credit in Fine Art. Fine Art (one semester required) is a required course to graduate in Alabama and must be taken within the 9th-12th grades. NOTE: Fine Art can include dance, speech, acting, drama, music or appreciation, art or appreciation, etc.
This class can be taken for credit in P.E. (two semesters required) is a required course to graduate in Alabama and must be taken within the 9th-12th grades. NOTE: P.E. can include dance, cheerleading, football, softball, basketball, horseback riding, martial arts, etc. Class is open to VCA siblings and parents too.
This class can be taken for elective credit toward a high school diploma.
This class can be taken for elective credit toward a high school diploma.
This class can be taken for an upper science or elective credit toward a high school diploma. NOTE: This class does not qualify for an Advanced diploma.
This class can be taken for an upper Math or elective credit toward a high school diploma. NOTE: This class does not qualify for an Advanced diploma.
